The IRS has released bulletin
IR-2000-24 regarding a new Leadership
team for International Tax Matters.
The bulletin describes the new team
of Carol A. Dunahoo and Elvin T. Hedgpeth
responsible for a wide range of issues relating
to international tax
matters and global trading. This
will include ensuring consistent tax
treament of U.S. taxpayers concerning
international issues and providing timely and
effective implementation of tax treaty and tax
